Just because it's $2.99 doesn't mean it has to take a long time to arrive.  FedEx Standard Ground Service is $2.99 to ImageBridal.com customers.  ImageBridal.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we work hard to process your order quickly and send it on its' way. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your items within 4-7 business days.  Orders for custom made items take 7-10 business days.

*Our $2.99 Shipping offer does not apply to shipments outside of the United States.

Express Shipping

If you would like to upgrade to FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping, simply select one of these options during the checkout process. Shipping fees will apply when you upgrade and will be calculated right in your shopping cart. Express Shipping is also available for orders shipping outside the United States.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order at no cost to you*. We know shopping for your wedding day is a big deal, and we want to help. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be able to return or exchange items they are not happy with. The returns process with ImageBridal.com is easy and hassle free:

• Email us at customerservice [at] imagebridal [dot] com with your Order Number and we will reply to you with an electronically generated pre-paid domestic shipping label to send your purchase back to us.
• You may return or exchange your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date.
• Items must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
• For returns, once your items are received and inspected by our customer service associates (usually within 72 hours), we will credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.
• For exchanges, we will charge the same credit card for the purchase total of each new item. As always, ImageBridal.com will honor all promotions used toward your original purchase and will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge.

*Please note to use our pre-paid labels and take advantage of our free returns and exchanges program, shipments must be sent from the United States.  The Free Returns and Exchanges offer is not available for custom made items.

If you find a product for a lower price on another website, we will refund you 100% of the difference between the lower price and ImageBridal.com's price. We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price at ImageBridal.com!

Rules:

• The item must be in stock in the same style, size and color that was purchased from the ImageBridal.com website.
• Items on special promotions, rebates, and gift certificates are not eligible.
• The website where you find the lower price cannot be an auction site or private event sale.
• The item cannot be purchased as part of a private event sale.
• The final publicly advertised price that would have been paid at the other site, including shipping and tax, less any promotion, will be compared to the final price on your order with ImageBridal.com and will be included when calculating the difference.
• Offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase.
• Offer is valid on orders/items shipped to destinations within the United States.
• Offer is limited to one refund per month per customer.

To receive your refund:

• 1. Order the item that you want from ImageBridal.com.
• 2. Send an email to customerservice [at] imagebridal [dot] com with: (1) your Order Number, (2) the URL of the site where you found the item, and (3) instructions how to find the item.
• 3. After receiving your email, ImageBridal.com will verify the website where you found the lower price, give you the discount, and send you an e-mail with your new total.

We guarantee that shopping on ImageBridal.com is 100% safe. Every credit card purchase is covered by our Safe Shopping Guarantee:

1. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card provider cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your credit card provider does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, ImageBridal.com will cover the liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made on the ImageBridal.com website while using ImageBridal.com's secure server.

2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
